IT firm Tech Mahindra said it has partnered with software giant Microsoft to offer customized CRM solutions for telecom service providers.
As a part of the initiative, Tech Mahindra has inaugurated a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Lab in Noida to focus on providing CRM offerings to telecom service providers globally, Tech Mahindra said in a statement.
Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a customer relationship management solution that provides tools and capabilities needed to create and maintain profiles of customers.
SHANGHAI: US online payment service PayPal has agreed to help set up an international e-commerce hub in southwestern China as more foreign companies cash in on the country's fast-growing Internet sales market.
PayPal and the government of Chongqing have signed a deal to jointly develop a foreign exchange settlement platform in the mega-city to enable users to pay for cross-border online shopping transactions, they said in a joint statement.

LONDON: Microsoft has warned about a flaw on the Internet Explorer browser that could allow hackers to take control of unprotected computers.
The bug allows hackers to inject malware onto any system if they manage to trick users into visiting booby-trapped websites. Anyone with Internet Explorer (IE) 6 to 8 is potentially affected.
The code to exploit the bug has already been published. The computer giant said there was no evidence it was being used yet by criminals but they were "investigating" and working on a permanent fix, reports the Daily Mail.
