At integrated solutions we have well qualified, experienced faculty with “hands on experience of years.every trainer have both industry working as well as teaching experiences. Here we have designed a teaching methodology so that the whole learning process runs smoothly.
The training is conducted by senior IT professionals/software professionals with practical knowledge in real-time project implementation and the ability to effectively impart that knowledge to participants. The training process is interactive, instructor-led classroom training with hands-on exercises to develop technical skills.
The training process follows three steps:
- Concept explanation
- Walkthrough demonstration
- Lab exercise for participants
The trainer uses standard PPT presentation techniques with detailed explanation of concepts in every topic, followed by a demonstration. At a later stage, participants independently do exercises on the topic and the Trainer guides them. If any participant is unable to execute the exercise in the given time, the trainer helps them to complete the exercise. At the end of the training, every participant independently builds a small application/customization/case study. The aim of the training is to make every participant project-ready.
We have a spacious computer lab with Wi-Fi connectivity, where computers are interconnected through the intranet, for effective communication.
Lecture rooms are equipped with following features:
- latest available technology and best equipments,
- Spacious classrooms,
- System Administrator assistance,
- Overhead LCD projector and whiteboard,
- All training rooms are fully furnished with generator back up to ensure uninterrupted training sessions.
Students who perform well during there internal assessments programs are rewarded by awards and scholarships. Awards are available on every course but scholarships are only available on selective courses such as TCJC.
Assignments are the very imperative part of our whole curriculum. After completion of every topic we give assignments to our students which are counted in there internal assessment.
